Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DOMIN AIRPORTCAB.TAXI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance for local trips and 24 hours for outstation trips.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund.
• Customers must provide accurate information including pickup location, contact details, and flight numbers.
• For airport pickups, flight details must be provided at least 4 hours before scheduled pickup time.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may vary based on vehicle type, distance, time, and demand.
• Payment must be made in full before the start of the journey unless credit terms have been agreed upon.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
• Additional charges可能 apply for waiting time, tolls, parking, and night service.

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup time.
• 50% Refund: Between 2-4 hours before scheduled pickup time.
• No Refund: Less than 2 hours before scheduled pickup time.
• No-show bookings will be charged in full.
• Cancellations must be made through our app, website, or customer support.

Luggage Policy

• Each vehicle has specific luggage capacity as mentioned in the vehicle description.
• Customers are responsible for their luggage and valuables during the journey.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to luggage unless caused by our negligence.
• Additional luggage may require upgrading to a larger vehicle at extra cost.
• Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and follow safety guidelines.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
• Drivers have the right to terminate the journey if passengers violate these rules.
• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.
• Number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's seating capacity.

Driver Conduct

• Our drivers are trained professionals committed to providing safe and courteous service.
• Drivers must follow traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Drivers are prohibited from using mobile phones while driving except for navigation.
• Drivers must maintain the vehicle in clean and hygienic condition.

Liability and Insurance

• All our vehicles are insured as per legal requirements.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Passengers are advised to secure travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.
• In case of accidents, we will cooperate fully with insurance claims and legal procedures.

Self-Drive Car Rental Terms

• Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license.
• Renter must provide valid ID proof and driving license at the time of rental.
• A security deposit is required which will be refunded after vehicle inspection.
• Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
• Fuel charges are not included in the rental price unless specified.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.

Corporate Services

• Corporate clients may be eligible for credit terms subject to approval.
• Monthly billing is available for regular corporate accounts.
• Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
• Late payments may result in suspension of credit facilities.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, riots, or government regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
